We are currently accepting applications for editors of HUMANITIES+. For further inquiries, please email hplusjournal@gmail.com.
Writers should strive to merge the broad theme of Humanities with the disciplines of STEM. Written submissions should be between 500-1500 words, unless they are poems or research papers. Any submissions that include direct quotes or paraphrased information from outside sources must be properly cited using Chicago style footnotes (please refer to the Chicago Manual of Style) or IEEE. All submissions must be titled, and writers should specify the intended category of their pieces. Writers are allowed to publish works that have been previously published elsewhere; however, they must ensure that they own the rights to whatever they wish to submit.
For art submissions, please fill out the submission form and write “N/A” in the Submission box. Artists should email a JPG file of their artwork photographed in a well-lit environment against a white backdrop to hplusjournal@gmail.com.
All contributors are asked to write a third person biography that includes their full name, where they live (city/state/province/country), school, and age. Contributors may choose to include other details (hobbies, past accomplishments related to writing), but please keep in mind that the biography should only be a paragraph in length (max. 60 words).
We are currently accepting submissions for our next issue.
